. Z7 g- N4 a8 Q- A9 J% U5.39.217.76Totally agree. It's proper and very common to ask someone if he or she can speak a language, such as do you speak French or Chinese (in this case, Chinesse is a language). Asking about a specific dialect is usually a follow up question.
