Thanks for generalizing the dialects from Malaysian Chinese.  It is very interesting.  My Dad was born in Malaysia Malacca but my family does speak pretty traditional Mandarin.  I agree to most of your illustration especially the one with Malayan mixed, but some of them sound like Cantonese instead of Mandarin !  Anyway, appreciate the effort !

You're misunderstanding 发票 and 收条……In China，发票 is invoice，相当于税票，收条is receipt，发票是发票，收条是收条，估计那哥们英文表述不准确
