Clarified butter – melt the butter slowly and add crushedgarlic cloves.0 @! B0 h5 m: ]1 U/ e' k: L% S
Let sit a bit to separatefoam and milk solid.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb1 r V+ r+ h7 q7 _" J6 {/ W9 D
Skim off form.: X3 D+ _& U5 a U$ j$ b2 S
Gently pour melted butter off, leaving the milksolid in the pot. 1 stick of butter will get about 6 tablespoons of clarifiedbutter.

Slice French bread lengthwise and toast on both sides inoven on broil.

Slice into pieces and servehot.

Note: this is a very cheesey bread, adjuct amount of cheeseas your preference.
