MS Office 2010 Problem(Excel)

I bought a desktop 1 year and it comes with Office 2010(English version), but now I can't open the excel files and the computer prompt me to register. However, I can still open the work(doc) files. Any person can help? You can use Chinese as I just don't know Chinese input only.
