Weird weather at Toronto.
We have 12 degree to-day in Middle of January. (10 to 15 degree above normal)
Do you think our world (globe) having a problem?

Some year Vancouver have snow before Toronto.
This is weird but not sure is the earth problem or human problem.
To-day this Winter storm is the biggest since 2008.
