| It all depends on where you are looking to buy. Some cities (like Pittsburgh) are much more affordable to buy properties in that others (like San Fran, Boston, etc). If one has the money, it appears better to buy than rent, since rental prices have increased dramatically recently (I speak from experience, sadly) |
