我估是他們ON CALL, 隨叫隨到, 共36小時, 因為時時刻刻都有突發事件, 不可能8小時就休息.......好像消防一樣, 聽說上班是24小時......

I disagree with you, there is always other ways to film in the hospital, have you watch a show called RPA, it is filmed in the actual hospital with real cases.

I've never seen the film you mentioned, but it is not easy to get the film taken in a real hospital, as it involves patients' privacy, confidential, and hospital management. Besides, hospital is  meant to be a place to take care of the injured and the ills, not for filming. Taking film in hospitals would prevent the doctors from doing their job and patients would loss their life when treatments are delayed.
