Definitely, I think so, any other people in any part of Malaysia facing bt problem?
Bitcomet currently >10KB/sec , before wed it was 100-110KB/sec J0 d1 L# U' T! G% p8 k1 W6 g: y3 { ; r0 G4 ^3 n: M; OCurrently use xunlei, better than bitcomet, now i can get speed around 50-70KB/sec, better than nothing

if tmnet block p2p , use xunlei also same what.. any software that support p2p should be affected...
