菜刀最忌濕氣,尤其是刀柄部分,既容易被手弄髒更容易滋生細菌,一不留神,立刻就會生銹發霉或被細菌污染。0 X" m8 a0 }# z0 _+ k+ y
& T" G3 P4 m5 a- ?# ]' e6 a! q生銹是菜刀刃的天敵,經常有人會把菜刀隨意放入水桶中,這種做法容易造成生銹。其實,菜刀使用完畢後,只要用清潔劑清洗,並去除水氣,然後用乾布擦拭即可。
