上周末，中共总书记习近平视察了广东深圳等地，这是他上任后首次深入地方。习近平的南巡立刻引发各界讨论，这是延续20年前邓小平南巡，意图宣示改革开放的做法，还是在安抚共产党内的不同声音?就在习近平视察的同时，广东即将率先施行公布官员财产的阳光法案，习近平一上台就打下不少贪官，新领导层的反腐，未来还可能有多少作为?
