   位於小義大利區(Little Italy)北部的諾利塔(Nolita—North of Little Italy)，指的是休士頓街、春天街(Spring Street)之間的墨貝理街(Mulberry Street)、毛街(Mott Street )、伊麗莎白街(Elizabeth Street)區域，從1998年開始，這個區域陸續移入精品店、咖啡館、酒吧等，過去陳舊髒亂的街道開始出現明亮、乾淨的落地窗，極簡風格的現代主義、頹廢怪異的後現代藝術慢慢地併吞了原有的落後荒涼，諾利塔儼然已逐漸演變成為另一個蘇活區。
