In France and Swiss, I tried 400+ for the bt download
5 a+ q8 t9 I$ R4 c, ^9 ~Vienna, Austria got 200+

/ W6 H: M2 ?% L) F& {5.39.217.76KL area, max is 200+ and normal speed before this week is 100+, now is only 20+
