3/  Fresh Garlic - 2 Tbsps

Method:

Mix with dried Oregano, Basil and Thyme - 4 tbsps.  Spread over bread.  Bake for 6-9 minutes until golden.

2 Tbsps butter (pat over chicken before oven)
5 p) G' O9 q4 X& `2 T7 x4 gFreshly ground black pepper
% l* k1 N' K& ASalt to taste

Method:
. R% m$ H5 q4 K' w3 S$ R& f公仔箱論壇Skin the chicken.  Pour the marinade over the chicken.  Press the rosemary and garlic into the chicken.  Sprinkle with salt and pepper.  Bake at 350 degrees or barbeque until done.
