I am new in this, but why my DL is very slow till (10bytes ~ 2 kbps), but my UP speed higher (10kbps ~ 30kbps) than my DL speed ?

- No other Download Programs {e.g. FlashGet, BC etc..} running.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb$ f0 q7 u0 ^* y2 f# \

if the task that u connect has more local peers, ur d/l will be faster but if u have more remote peer it will be slower. that's one of the reason that affect ur d/l speed .
