科洛•图雷相信威廉•加拉将成为继托尼•亚当斯和帕特里克•维埃拉之后又一位伟大的阿森纳队长。

在周六的联赛中，凭借这位法国中卫在终场前七分钟的头球，击溃了顽强的维甘，奠定了最后2比0的胜局。

在进球后，加拉指着自己的队长袖标奔向欢呼的球迷。在连续的两个主场，加拉均在关键时刻拯救了枪手。

当初从亨利手中接过队长的袖标，对于加拉来说也许还颇感意外，但是作为队中的后防中坚，他用自己的行动表现出队长的领袖气概。

“威廉为俱乐部奉献了他的一切，”图雷说，“无论是在场上还是在场下，威廉确实是一个出色的队长。在更衣室总能听到他的声音，他有一颗坚忍的心。在球队和整个俱乐部，他言出必行——那是作为队长最重要的品质。”

“看起来，威廉很享受这种队长的职责。他是一个真正成熟的球员，他经历过世界杯的最终决赛，现在他30岁了。年龄和经验帮助他成为一队之长，他为我们树立了榜样。”

在谈及曾经的队长，图雷说道：“当亨利在的时候，他是那么的出色；曾经的队长帕特里克是如此的强壮，还有托尼。我曾与他们一起踢球，他们是如此的出众，因此你所做就是跟随他们。”

“我认为威廉的名字应该放在他们之中，因为他是一个非常出色的队长。在这个年轻的球队，他拥有成熟和稳健，这一点非常重要。正因为如此，他得到了年轻球员的尊重，球员愿意听他的教导。”

Kolo Toure believes William Gallas will be considered one of Arsenal’s great captains alongside the likes of Tony Adams and Patrick Vieira.

On Saturday, the French centre back steered home a near-post header seven minutes from time to break Wigan’s stubborn resistance and set-up a 2-0 win. In celebration he ran to the crowd pointing at his captain’s armband. It was the second successive home game in which Gallas had popped up with a crucial late goal.

The 30-year-old may have been a surprise choice to replace Thierry Henry as captain in August but, according to his central defensive partner, he is leading by the deed as well as word.

"William gives everything for the Club,” said Toure. “Both on and off the pitch, William is a really good captain. He is loud in the dressing room and he has a big heart. Everything he says and does is for the team and the Club. That is the most important quality in a captain.

"William seems to enjoy the responsibility. He is a really mature player, he has played in a World Cup Final and he is 30. Age and experience really helps as a captain. He leads by example.

"When Titi was here, he was outstanding,” Toure went on. “Patrick was strong and Tony as well. I have played under some fantastic captains and you just follow them.

"I think he deserves to be mentioned among those names as captain because he is such a strong figure. He has great maturity in a really young team so that's so important.

"The young players, when he says something, they really listen to him because they respect him.”

关于图雷对威廉•加拉的评论，我认为加拉还需要一段时间来完全代替亚当斯和维埃拉在球队建立的地位。

亚当斯＝ARSENAL最佳的后防代表，也带领了枪手渡过最多冠军的队长。而且还是英国人。

维埃拉＝４９场不败记录的代表＋WENGER在ARSENAL生涯的最佳球员（我自己认为）。

威廉•加拉＝如果能够带领年轻枪手夺取多个冠军的话，才能和他们相提并论！

雲格英明決定逐漸出效果 加拿斯領袖氣質助推槍手


賽季初當雲格任命加拿斯為槍手新任隊長時，很多人都對此提出了質疑。而今天，當加拿斯在比賽第82分鐘為槍手打破僵局時，人們不得不讚歎雲格當時的決定是多麼的英明。

加拿斯從車路士轉會過來還只有一個賽季，論資歷輪戰功，基拔圖施華和高路托尼都比他更適合戴上隊長袖標；而且，加拿斯有過在媒體上對俱樂部大發牢騷的經歷，這讓很多阿仙奴球迷對他的印象並不是很好。然而，慢慢地，加拿斯用他在場上場外的領袖氣質和帶頭作用徹底征服了酋長、征服了球迷，也給了雲格最好的回報。

同韋根的比賽，阿仙奴贏得並不輕鬆。上半場阿仙奴浪費了幾次好的機會，而下半場球隊踢得越來越急躁，在法比加斯、希比缺陣的情況下，場上進攻失去了核心。時間一分一秒地過去，比分還一直停留在0比0，雲格在旁邊急得直跺腳，加拿斯就是在這個時候挺身而出，打入了他本賽季的第二個進球（上一個是最後時刻扳平曼聯的進球）。作為一名中後衛，他竟然在那個時間出現在了那個位置，這有些不可思議。他的頭球破門乾脆有力，1米90的艾迪巴約在他面前應該感到羞恥，不過加拿斯更願意看到自己的行動能帶動起隊友前進，路斯基隨之而來的進球為槍手鎖定了勝局。

克裏奇在採訪中多次提到隊長加拿斯。“加拿斯告訴我怎麼樣防守，怎麼樣讓對手懼怕自己。”“加拿斯讓我們在賽後圍成一圈慶祝勝利向球迷致意，這在以往是沒有的。”等等等等。從這些評價中我們不難看出，加拿斯就是槍手陣中的大哥大。比賽中我們經常能夠看到加拿斯與對手對吼、向裁判討公道的鏡頭。他無處不在地給隊友以保護，必要的時候穩定軍心，在關鍵的時刻打入關鍵的進球……
領袖的氣質可以有很多種，加拿斯不同於韋拉，不同於亨利，他正以一種張揚的方式帶領著年輕槍手向著冠軍穩步前進。

I totally agreed with you. We need those Defender's whop can score and we need someone good in Set Pieces and we need someone good in Header...

This is all Gallas have.
