I am a streamyx user, *RM 66 ( MAX DL 60kbps / UL 60 kbps).  }2 E4 t8 h6 }+ S2 m
tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb% P  |6 _" K: M' [0 {$ q& C
Besides, I download all the BT files by using my 3rd party program (Thunder) <<Latest Version* Q0 s0 N4 g+ @5 i; C' D

5 S% ^  a# R0 k6 u2 a6 ]" ^, f公仔箱論壇I am new in this, but why my DL is very slow till (10bytes ~ 2 kbps), but my UP speed higher (10kbps ~ 30kbps) than my DL speed ?

if the task that u connect has more local peers, ur d/l will be faster but if u have more remote peer it will be slower. that's one of the reason that affect ur d/l speed .
