Arsenal and Fulham offered Dutch International: 'deal could be done in the next few days' -
Holland keeper Maarten Steklenburg has been offered to a number of English Premier League clubs, including Arsenal, after loan signing Mauro Goicoechea moved ahead of him in Roma's pecking order.
The Metro report: 'According to Gazzetta dello Sport, Stekelenburg has been offered to both Arsenal and Fulham for a cut-price £3.5million, and a deal could be done in the next few days.'
The clubs have been offered the Dutch International for just £3.5million if the Italian source is to believed, a bargain for whatever club signs him up.
Arsenal are searching for experienced competition for Woijech Szczesny and Steklenburg, 30, would be just that.
