迅雷的下载速度

我用迅雷下载1G的戏。可是速度很慢。一直都没有超过20kbps的。; @& s5 d% M# `& T# f; P9 `
但是我发现有一小段时间，下载速度突然飙升到>100kbps。只是维持数10分钟就恢复原本的下载速度了。5.39.217.764 Z( h$ M5 u1 \: s1 s- M
有哪位高手可以告诉我为什么吗？？

从上2个星期开始速度慢到。。。要死！

is streamyx block p2p ,i call aready ,he say is block because hong kong some campany compain..
