迅雷的下载速度

我用迅雷下载1G的戏。可是速度很慢。一直都没有超过20kbps的。tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb5 i( L8 }. D; d* {, b3 H* x
但是我发现有一小段时间，下载速度突然飙升到>100kbps。只是维持数10分钟就恢复原本的下载速度了。公仔箱論壇& r; \- S' A- A' F. h! F
有哪位高手可以告诉我为什么吗？？

是什么原因呢？

is streamyx block p2p ,i call aready ,he say is block because hong kong some campany compain..tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb& x9 d# O- D4 c$ V
