rar no need convert...rar is a file somehow like zip file you need a program call winrar or 7zip to unzipped the file...

The latest winzip v12.1 also supports .rar file.  I found winzip is better than winrar for using in password encrypted rar file.  Winrar somehow doesn't support Chinese characters when unraring password protected file.

rar is a file type,it tells u the file is a package of sort of files,
that means u need to extract them.
