Youtube网近來再流傳吉蘭丹州務大臣拿督聶阿茲兩年前針對禁止暴露（tutup aurat）發表“沒包頭巾等於暴露自己，給人機會，被強姦活該”的談話短片，引來非議！有關談話起原於丹州政府數年前舉辦“禁止暴露運動”（Kempen Tutup Aurat），卻被一名部長批評為浪費金錢而作的反擊。

聶阿茲當時反駁，並解釋女性為何要禁止暴露，主要內容是指女生暴露，男性看見了會有生理反應，嚴重則產生強姦這种犯罪問題。: x; v# {  m# b* ~
他強調，丹州政府展開“禁止暴露運動”，就是為了防止罪案的產生、愛滋病等等。
