（吉隆坡23日訊）針對40歲餐廳經理強姦13歲少女一案，隆雪華堂婦女組說，法定強姦法令旨在保護未成年的少女；如果允許強姦犯迎娶受害者，那簡直就是變相鼓勵強姦，是一種對女權、對兒童權益的傷害，對我國的人權是一個天大的諷刺。

該婦女組主席黃玉珠在文告中說，此案受害者是一名13歲的小女孩，犯案者是一名已婚，擁有4名孩子的40歲男子。從他的言論顯示，此人根本就不承認本身的行為是違法，並在案件鬧上法庭，於開審當天才向伊斯蘭法庭申請要迎娶受害者，他的做法很明顯是想利用宗教途徑和世俗習慣來逃避法律的制裁。5.39.217.764 ], O! f; l* V7 X
“13歲的小女孩不可能懂得甚麼｀你情我願’，她也不懂得保護自己及分析性行為所帶來的嚴重後果。因此，該組認為社會有義務保護女孩，法律工作者也必須認真看待這種刻意的婚姻，避免讓強姦犯有機可乘，利用這種安排蹂躪女孩的尊嚴。＂
