Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng said he channelled RM185,000 from his Bagan Member of Parliament’s allocation funds towards the project, which was recently completed.9 O O% P# d$ R0 E% f X% P" u

“For the last 30 years, there had been no renovation work done to this market, despite it being the biggest in the state.

“I have asked the Seberang Prai Municipal Council to get a quotation for new roofing to be installed at the market’s third segment by Chinese New Year next month,” he said after visiting the market on Wednesday.
