Burner不认得dvd

Hi anyone help,because my burner 不认得 dvd，我认为 something is blocking my burner.

: P" O- V5 @3 }8 Q1.) Reinstall Drivers (Application Recovery)! h( S5 K, Q1 N  X
2.) Uninstall/Reinstall burning software
/ g! z1 }. \& k4 j) |0 x+ |; {) K1 s" Rtvb now,tvbnow,bttvb3.) Utilize a previous recovery point
# {0 @1 h2 M# o1 y4 B2 M公仔箱論壇4.) Wipe computer
