Burner不认得dvd

Hi anyone help,because my burner 不认得 dvd，我认为 something is blocking my burner.

It can only read original dvd and audio cd!!!
+ T" u2 H" R+ O; X+ c1 w4 t5.39.217.76Someone told me may be because of the dvd that I copy is a copyright dvd ,I cant copy it and so now my burner is blocking!!I have to do something to reopen it!If yes how can I open it or u have any suggestion????

1.) Reinstall Drivers (Application Recovery)

+ z) g8 m" L+ a; J3.) Utilize a previous recovery point
4 S5 c: b2 Q7 M4.) Wipe computer
