All those settng actually doesn't help a lot because I experience 400+ in oversea also never change the setting ! ]# u! r& u5 ^) Qtvb now,tvbnow,bttvbthat's why I say should be the problem with KL Streamyx or BT

if tmnet block p2p , use xunlei also same what.. any software that support p2p should be affected...
