| I always think David Villa is not a great option to buy beacuse maybe I played FM too much. I usually buy players when they are young. But when I think deeply, David Villa will be a very very good player for us. Although he will turn 28 in next month, but he is a very very good player. Good striker and in a hot form right now. For a striker who can play smartly, his peek can last until 31 to 32 (Drogba is a good example). So we can at least squeeze 3 to 4 years from Villa. Also as I watch so many games this season, we really need a great striker who can score a lot of goals for us. Chelsea has Drogba, Liverpool has Torres. and Arsenal has Van Persie. I don't mean Rooney is not a good striker, but he can never gets you a lot of goals. it is because his style is more of a secondary striker. Villa will be a great pickup for us and he can scores. Also, I really agree with the above comments. Please get David Silva as well. We really need a VERY VERY good A.Mid or winger. I have great hope for Nani for this season but he again disappoint me. We need to sale him and buy Silva. Our midfield are full of workers "Fletcher, Hargreaves". Although Anderson and Carrick is not term as workers but Anderson is still 1 or 2 steps behind to become a automatic starter for this team. Carrick is the only guy we have that can create some good passes but he is not that kind of player who can dribbles the ball and create spaces. Our midfield lack the creativity that we always have for our midfield. Silva can definitly help. Hope SAF acts quickly. Valencia's balance sheet is in red right now and we need act quick before Chelsea or other team gets them. |
