求救 怎樣 set router 下载 bitcomet thank you

i just connect a u.s.robotics 8054 router with 2 pc ,both ethernet
0 Z) u7 y7 T! `  hbut i don't know how to port fordward,i use 0.68 bitcomet,At the moment dl speed is really really slow about 1 /2 kbs5.39.217.764 t% G" I2 _% K; J! b

Port隨便填，避開一些常用的Port，選20000以上吧～
