What u can do is this:

3 F, X9 ?2 E8 g/ y+ S. t% u公仔箱論壇2. Go to the folder for the incomplete files5.39.217.767 U, o4 ]+ X% g0 l" E+ L7 B- }# T+ F
3. Go TOOLS, FOLDER OPTIONS, VIEW, u will see Files and Folders, check/tick "Show5.39.217.76: J4 l4 @! t  S' t1 o* `
    hidden files and folders", unchecked/unticked "Hide extensions for known file
' M0 ^: h1 P- b% [# t" U, h    types"
. |8 v7 `/ s! q- `' xTVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。4. Just remove the extensions that appear:  .bc!

* H: X& S- o, d7 [/ ntvb now,tvbnow,bttvbit is probably already finish ....try renaming the file example  "something.bc"  just simply take out the .bc file if the file

u can still open the file with the media player classic..download the stormcodec.it should be able to help..
