i think is this is a BT file......
and in the BT setting there u got put the add .bc! file extension for imcomplete file.....5 s7 \5 v6 O1 @1 O' p
so, it cant watch.....TVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。- A, j& z6 d9 [3 B1 K& T/ u

u go to uncheck the hide extension for knows file type, the delete the .bc, then try againts.....
u can go to my computer, upper there a tab, click the tools, folder option, view, and in the advance setting there u can see the the hide extension for knows file types......
