这个虾子面跟全蛋面的口感一样好,很弹牙,又多了虾子的鲜味,我非常的喜欢! 面条烫熟滤干置盘里;葱/嫩姜切细丝,用少许九层塔香油(自己泡的,既是将新鲜的九层塔泡进清油里约一星期,用来炒菜或凉拌,香气四溢);葱油酥(干葱头/干辣椒放进滚油里爆香),芫荽切段。用香适量卤汁将所有材料伴均即可.
