BT very Slow !!! Can't Download Anything !!!

有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，5 K' ?' O, O% c6 X( |2 v
我想知道你们有没有这个问题？几时开始的？用什么软件？来自什么地方?5.39.217.76# z( P) k0 M; D  n1 H; W# B% _

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.
7 z4 Z% ?- X; U4 r( M1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.公仔箱論壇5 r8 ?! _( g2 ]. \: L5 F6 Z
2) not many people are down loading the same topic.9 f' L, f: `: H3 ~
3) you need to tweak your bt, dependin on which version, u`ve got.

Usually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I'm currently having the same problem.
) G+ ?) t) h$ h5 ]- Etvb now,tvbnow,bttvbI know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection. 公仔箱論壇* O9 @/ G0 S/ j
+ C& X) _0 y' ?
Try a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
