BT very Slow !!! Can't Download Anything !!!

有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，TVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。  t0 L8 @+ ]6 @. `

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.公仔箱論壇2 f2 B- K/ [7 y% J  \0 N. p
1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth./ E' K8 E  v3 s! Y
2) not many people are down loading the same topic.

4) The version , you have is not good.

I'm currently having the same problem.
# u" O: {' q8 y; K; a3 f9 j5.39.217.76I know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection. 公仔箱論壇+ Z; D& \) e" H4 G: Z1 b) h. X8 T

5 o4 F" I% n7 r- r- \$ F3 aTVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。Try a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
