| Well, New Orleans is located south of US and on the bank of Mississippi river. They are famous of its cuisine and music which means that people are pretty lay back and enjoying life ! No wonder that the tourists found the people in New Orleans are friendly. However, the big cities like New York and Chicago, people are busy to make a living. They go to a place for a reason and there is no spare time to say Hi or smile to the visitors ! Then again, I am sure if you go to 5th avenue and plan to buy some good old fashion branded name items, you will be treated tenderly ! |
