陳淑莊要求聯合國人權事務高級專員巴切萊特(Michelle Bachelet)，支持在聯合國人權事務理事會召開緊急會議，並成立調查委員會，保障港人的公義及人權，她的發言以反問作結︰「為何中國可以有代表坐在人權理事會內？」(Why is China sitting here as a member of this Human Rights Council？) |
