空氣質素指標 港與歐美澳看齊

環境局局長邱騰華表示，本港的空氣質素指標，不會停滯於世衞的初階標準，新指標會與歐美澳等地區接近，預計年中全面諮詢。對於兩電一旦增加使用較清潔的天然氣作發電能源，電費將會增加，邱騰華表示會實實在在向巿民交代。　　邱騰華昨在《香港家書》中表示，顧問建議的新空氣質素指標不會停滯於世衞初階標準，在七種要控制的污染物中，有三項已設訂在世衞最終標準，餘下的將因應香港實際情況，訂立在世衞的初段及中段指標。他指出，建議中大部分新指標，與歐洲、美國及澳洲等發達地區十分接近，而非坊間所說與發展中地區標準看齊。顧問報告將於五月完成，政府會進行諮詢，廣泛與巿民討論。, I! S; C+ i/ S  w, W3 N

You are totally correct, my friend Cicil, air pollution is caused by the environment of South East Asia, a comprehensive review is deemed to be necessary and imminent by HK and practical/long term solution among  countries should be co-operate and gathered together to main and develop a good living environment for the benefit of the existing and next generation of HK people.
