[中式食譜] 陳皮汁鴨胸湯飯[1P]

材料    :急凍鴨胸2件、菜心(汆熟)6棵、白飯2碗、清雞湯2杯、水1杯。

1. 陳皮滷汁材料放大鍋內熬20分鐘; Bring tangerine peel sauce to a boil and simmer for 20 mins;) C  o5 M: T/ h" j' u1 c* w

2. 鴨胸洗淨,放滷汁內蓋好,以中慢火炆透(約30分鐘),取出切件; Rinse and wipe dry duck breast, add to sauce, cover and simmer until tender (approx 30 mins). Remove and cut into slices;

3. 清雞湯與水及適量陳皮滷汁煮滾; Bring chicken broth and water to a boil together with enough tangerine peel sauce to taste;
