i have convert rmvb to mpg2 and make them to DVD

but how come when i watch it....the show is lag ga9 t" o6 g7 u, C
tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb+ K% P( v& K9 o' G
i think because of the frame rate i1 d; z9 ^, |' k5 M+ }6 g$ L% a

so how can i increase the frame rate
