if i am A, i will shoot to the sky and fake dead. so B will think that C has shoot me, and C will think B has shot me also. The logic thing to do (since i am dead already, with the opponent without a bullet, presumingly), will be for them to shoot at each other. Then A, me, will just stand up and walk towards the sunset.
