the reason is tmnut block p2p , i/ M5 X6 I: F$ ^# L4 eif u dl torrent file using bitcomet will be less than 10 kbps ...for me ) K0 b2 l6 @9 Z; y1 E2 U+ \0 t
try use xunlei ....fast but slow down ur browsing speed cause eat lots of bandwidth
