[馬來西亞] 7歲被帶往皈依回教 婦女註冊結婚失效

（檳城19日訊）一名印裔女子20年前被送入甲拋峇底一家孤兒院，卻被官員帶往皈依回教，現年27歲的她，即使結婚生子10年，仍無法與信奉興都教的丈夫正式註冊結婚，孩子報生紙父親一欄也空白。 該名印裔女子為邦佳瑪，她今天在丈夫和兩名孩子陪同下，向人民公正黨吉打州州委兼青年團署理團長魏曉隆律師求助，希望可把宗教信仰改回興都教。 邦佳瑪母親在她5歲時突去世，父親遺棄她們7個兄弟姐妹在街頭，讓她們流離失所，露宿街頭，最后她與2名哥哥及1名姐姐被送往甲拋峇底的兒童之家。 她說，她7歲那年，被回教福利機構及宗教理事官員帶往簽署皈依回教的宣誓書。 在16歲那年，她為了尋找自由，逃離孤兒院，遇到現在的印裔丈夫蘇卡林根。 兩人在2000年決定結婚，再次回到兒童之家取回重要證件前往註冊時，卻發現她的宗教信仰是回教，兩人無法註冊結婚。 兩人再次前往兒童之家詢問，負責人向她出示一張她在1989年所簽署的宣誓書，該宣誓書表明她決定退出所信仰的興都教，自願選擇回教成為其宗教。 宣誓書也表明在改信回教后，她改名為西蒂哈斯納（Siti Hasnah）。 邦佳瑪說，她的兩名孩子目前分別是8歲和2歲，在領取報生紙時也面對諸多問題。目前雖領到報生紙，但無法把父親的名字寫在報生紙上。 她說，她本身曾兩度申請將身分證上宗教改回興都教，但都失敗。   結婚採興都教儀式邦佳瑪的丈夫蘇卡林根（31歲，漁夫）說，其妻子懂事后，不曾奉行過回教教義，都是奉行興都教，即使他們結婚時，也是採用興都教儀式。 他說，由于太太的回教身分，即使生下兩個孩子時，報生紙上父親一欄也沒有填上其名字。而孩子的報生紙也是在一名律師的幫助下，去年才領取。 邦佳瑪受詢及其他兄姐否也被帶往皈依回教時說，她已與其家人分散，在25歲那一年曾尋找父親，不過在打聽下被告知父親已遇車禍身亡。 她說，她希望可以與丈夫獲得註冊證書，孩子報生紙上能有丈夫的名字。她對自己的遭遇，感到無奈。 邦佳瑪現為家庭主婦，與家人住在霹靂州的丹絨柏當。   魏曉隆：簽署時才7歲tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb1 T6 R! u6 x5 C8 S; h/ l
不可能懂宣誓書內容魏曉隆對邦佳瑪在7歲時被安排簽署皈依回教的宣誓書，感到十分驚訝。 “試問只有7歲的女孩，如何能夠瞭解所謂退出原有宗教而皈依回教的事，更不可能瞭解宣誓書的內容和其真正的情況。” “她當時連讀和寫都有困難，如何能夠瞭解宣誓書的內容。” 他說，兒童之家只負責照顧邦佳瑪的福利，根本沒權力改變對方的宗教信仰，何況當時邦佳瑪的父親還在世。根據法律，18歲以下孩子的宗教需由父母決定。 他說，他沒反對回教或反對回教理事會，只是覺得當中可能會有一些害群之馬。 他將代表邦佳瑪向相關單位投訴，包括會見同樣來自該黨的檳州回教事務委員會主席阿都馬烈。 他說，如果有需要的話，他會代表邦佳瑪把這事帶上法庭，通過法律途徑解決。

Talking about indepence of religious. It seems like if you are other religious beside Islam, you have the independent to change to another religious.
