BT problem here

eventhrough my BT file had 100% download,but still open the file??/tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb& ^/ G4 r& t1 _: I9 w. _# ]3 a
There show 'cannot render the file',any one can tell me how to solve it???

What the file format?tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb6 |3 z& \7 I: i% Q B
*.avi ,*.rmvb,*.pdf ?
