碧螺春饮用方法

  品尝高级碧螺春颇有情趣。品饮时，采用洁净透明的玻璃杯，先冲开水后放茶。或用70～80°C的开水冲泡。当碧螺春投入杯中，茶即沉底，瞬时间“白云翻滚，雪花飞舞”，清香袭人。茶在杯中，观其形，可欣赏到犹如雪浪喷珠，春染杯底，绿满晶宫的三种奇观。饮其味，头酌色淡、幽香、鲜雅；二酌翠绿、芬芳、味醇；三酌碧清、香郁、回甘，真是其贵如珍，宛如高级工艺品，不可多得。
