, D/ s! L4 b% B" S& }5 U) w1 \近期浙江溫州商人頻頻出逃與湖州抗稅引發的騷亂事件，都反映當地中小民營企業生存之路越來越窄，其中浙江因為稅收引發群體性抗議並非首次。今年 8月下旬，浦江縣以懲治污染為名，對水晶加工行業按用電量徵稅，引發數以千計加工業者連日聚集縣政府請願，大量武警威懾並抓捕示威者，但風波平息後稅還是要交。「水晶稅」按用電度數乘 0.35元人民幣，機器一轉就收稅，不與收益掛鈎，與這次織里的「童裝稅」有異曲同工之妙。難怪網友慨嘆：「苛稅猛於虎。」

; G0 Q( ~6 c5 g# I6 U$ P3 g有網絡評論認為，湖州織里抗稅，只是一個訊號，表明民眾已不堪高額稅賦，極可能成蔓延之勢。在稅賦奇高的中國，到今天才爆發一起影響力較大的抗稅事件，已是奇蹟。根據官方數據，今年前三季度全國稅收增幅是國民生產總值（ GDP）增幅的三倍，中國稅賦已佔 GDP的近四成。實際上 1995年以來，中國財稅總額幾乎每年都以超過 GDP增幅兩倍的速度增長。各地政府稅項名目多如牛毛，難怪有網友揶揄「共產黨萬稅」、「社會主義萬稅，萬稅，萬萬稅」。

If you think the Chines government is collecting high tax, try look at countries like Sweden, Germany, Austria, Danmark and Australia.
