Mepg and Divx which format is better !

Please help!!! Between Mepg I, II and Divx which format is better?5.39.217.76; {7 @4 F# t: j6 Q  y# X6 V5 Z
I mean the pitcure quality, and also if I want to convert what video size I use

Format wise DIVX is definitely much better. Can quite understand your second question. Surely more pixels will be good for viewing.
