nero vision ...... help please

i had already converted rmvb to mpg. i use nero 8 to burn  dvd. but why when
( S( ~& P4 z" U8 W: r" r  O1 F9 [i add file , it came out a message like this : unabe to insert C:.............  v+ r' D- B  r4 `: j& x: t, [
just cannot add, why ?
