Burner不认得dvd

Hi anyone help,because my burner 不认得 dvd，我认为 something is blocking my burner.5 h4 T! q/ J& ~8 V! {
Anyone have suggestion?????

But after I copy something (A copyright Dvd)for my friends and my burner can´t reconize any dvd rw dvd + and dvd-.公仔箱論壇' x3 u8 _7 \! |& d  {% y) P! f" [
It can only read original dvd and audio cd!!!5.39.217.76& P; u% G/ a1 Q: i; p! ?
Someone told me may be because of the dvd that I copy is a copyright dvd ,I cant copy it and so now my burner is blocking!!I have to do something to reopen it!If yes how can I open it or u have any suggestion????

2.) Uninstall/Reinstall burning software! f" w- X( p( s* Z" O& y$ _
3.) Utilize a previous recovery point
