BitComet 0.99 BT設定 and Delete CM

can anybody teach me how to 設定 0.99 bitcomet, because it's so slow and how can i remove CM...( ]/ ]+ n! V* p( W& X; }
also speed limit, it has to set to 10 at least.. ~!!!

bitcomet0.7以上的版本都不好撒
