Rmvb convert to dvd

Anyone help???I have already convert alot of rmvb drama,this is the first time I have a problem.5.39.217.767 a) L: i% n$ ]7 ?3 \
The file that i want to convert always stop at 20%.I have try Allok and winavi already but i got the same result!!!
