If it is KB/s then it is decent. tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb, G# ]% f, _% g, N" B. m( N$ w

If it is Kb/s then you certainly can tweek Utorent.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb& g  x( z/ \2 u! ]6 z! @

However, I would suggest you revert back to Utorrent 1.7 or 1.6. Actually lots of people prefers 1.6.
