U got 130 Kb/s or U actually meant 130 KB/s.$ V4 ^7 l% ~2 R+ H6 {, @2 ]

If it is KB/s then it is decent.

( R' E% z: O5 x; LIf it is Kb/s then you certainly can tweek Utorent.

However, I would suggest you revert back to Utorrent 1.7 or 1.6. Actually lots of people prefers 1.6.
