Mepg and Divx which format is better !

Please help!!! Between Mepg I, II and Divx which format is better?
1 F; a. @/ @2 }1 \1 M7 a6 s5.39.217.76I mean the pitcure quality, and also if I want to convert what video size I use

Format wise DIVX is definitely much better. Can quite understand your second question. Surely more pixels will be good for viewing.
