i believe that thunder can reach 4mb/s

its downloading and uploading the file to elsetvb now,tvbnow,bttvb7 m1 Y0 u% s$ X+ `7 s% X" n, p3 }1 e- X- e
but mainly there is a very limit uploading speed for thunder usertvb now,tvbnow,bttvb9 Q- w  o$ n$ l
so that even though u download very fast,  B- `! ^9 D/ A  f
but u dont share and upload at the same tiime,
